Well info for anyone living in Pattaya. TM30 report from today. EVERYONE has to do this form. There was no fines being handed out for anyone (nice). They accepted rental form and copy of passport, entry stamp, TM6. Pretty easy but a long wait. You don't seem to need the copy of the housemasters ID. The only people having issues were the ones with no proof of address...ie rental contract, hotel info, air bnb stay.

TLDR : Answer Summary
As of today, all expats living in Pattaya are required to complete the TM30 form for immigration reporting. The process involves submitting a rental agreement along with copies of your passport, entry stamp, and TM6 form. No fines were issued during this reporting period, although those without proof of address (like a rental contract or hotel information) experienced difficulties. The conversation highlights the fact that renters can fill out the TM30 form themselves, and some individuals shared their experiences of recent visits to the immigration office.

Read on another page.....Once you sign a lease you are considered as the Housemaster or Possessor....so it is reasonable for you to lodge the TM30 and not the owner. Makes sense to me...Not sure where it all stands legally if there was a fine issued to a tenant and disputed.....

Indeed, as a renter you can just fill everything in yourself and they accept it (for Jomtien immi). Was there today also for an extension but my tm30 was stamped wrongfully on
