it’s probably not worth risking it for 1500-2000 a year. I keep a large balance anyway but figured I park it and never touch it so might as well let it work it a little

Google does show boats, but not if you are checking at a time when they aren’t running (same with the trains and buses). So if your in a different time zone, you might checking after they stop running for the day

Also, make sure your google is updated. I couldn’t map until I updated the app

at minimum buy catastrophic insurance with deductible to avoid using your life savings. I had the same issue when I extended my trip.

I extended with atlas travel medical insurance (I think they had the travel expense coverage as well )
