Hello guys, I have 2 questions about DTV visa

1- I am a newbie freelancer, I have contracts with my clients. Are contracts counted as enough to prove that you are a freelancer?

2- Is there any time duration rule (such as; 90 days) for required amount of money (at least 5000.000 THB) to stay in your account?

Hello again! I will be applying in Taipei. Has anyone had experience applying there with bank statements from a savings account? My savings account has had over 500k THB for more than 6 months, however there have only been a couple of transactions over this period.

I am looking at the Destination Thai Visa but am confused with the rules to qualify. I am currently in between jobs. Will I qualify for a DTV visa if I show a $14K bank balance and no employment contract? Thank you. 🙌

Does anyone know if the 800,000 baht needed to meet the long term visa requirement needs to be a saving’s/checking account or can it be put into an investment account?

Morning how much funds do I need in order to apply for a dependent visa for my spouse and son please.

How hard is it to extend a type O visa to get 5.5 months and is that my best option because the other visas, type OA require insurance. I am married to a Thai in America.

So rather than hijack another thread where I found the attached pic, my question is can I transition to an EXTENSION for retirement from a Non O multi entry VISA based on marriage?Can I use the income method, overseas transfers, or MUST I show 800k in my bank? It’ll either be in BKK or Phuket immigration.

Hi, need some advice regarding student and Guardian visa. My wife and I, with our 2 kids, moved to Phuket from Bangkok. We need to cancel the student visa from their previous school and extend their 1 year student visa. Same for us and our guardian visa. I was told that I need 500k at least 3 months before applying. Our kids are in the new school in Phuket since Jan 2022 but I will be able to show the money for 3 month only in Feb. What do I do? Can I cancel only in Feb or can I go now? When I went to the immigration, they told me it's a new Visa so no need 3 month. Also I am required to show a letter from previous school and it needs to specify the same date that we arrange to cancel the visa. Anyone can recommend a company that could help ? Thanks a lot
