beware that only a few hotels actually bother to file the ™ 30. You could just ignore the remaining 90 day reports and pay ฿2,000 at your next yearly extension. If you are leaving the company before then you’ll probably escape the fine anyway.

But in Mae Sai and Chiang Rai immigration offices they told me that they don’t issue Non O visas in country. No such thing and told me I had to go to Vientiane , where I had a lovely weekend.

you go to your bank once a year ( now to April us best), get a statement of witholding tax that they have deducted from your account(s). Thake that to eRevenue office at your Amperg , they’ll give you a tax file number and after a few weeks you get a cheque in the post, refunding the tax.

The interest that the 800K earns is taxed (10% witholding tax, if I remember correctly) but you can get that tax refunded by eRevenue.
