Never been asked once to show return ticket. I have had student visas and visa on arrival.
Mind you, I have only flown in and out about 160 times over last 20 years.....

getting into weed for medical isnt a "cheap" option.
You will also have to find Thai partners whi have to have at least 51% of the company.
Of course you can give 51% and in company memorandum give yourself 100% voting rights. Effectively giving you full control.
But still a risky endeavour

If you intend staying long term, why not study Thai.
