What is the best way to book an SHA+ Extra room online in Thailand without a bank transfer?

I booked at ibis hotel in bangkok and payed by credit card. Got confirmation straight away with copy of Mastercard slip

JW Marriott Bangkok allowed me to book directly with them for Thailand Pass & Go in December ...

I tried to book direct with a hotel paying with mastercard. The hotel was unable to process my card because of the fraud protection. I ended up booking through agoda.

In the past I have made reservations through Agoda and Orbitz and the hotel is notified of the reservation within minutes.

I was under the impression Thaipass required noncancellable reservations. I think they may verify.. but I am not 100% sure.

Good luck bring alot of cash.

And if booking directly with the hotel what about Free Cancelation option. I want that option with this unpredictable Covid situation

Using Agoda im having trouble finding a Day 5 booking. I saw it before on there and now it only shows Day 1

What if you need free cancelation? Because with this Covid situation I want that option.

I used Holiday Inn Silom. Sent booking and all required documents by email. They confirmed booking same day. I applied for Thailand Pass that evening and it was approved next day - so I reckon about 36hrs in total.

Park plaza sukumvit soi 18. Very fast got my confirmation in 30mins. Book direct with them on there website

Next couple of days? They said to allow 5 days for Thailand pass to be issued. Good luck it's very short notice.

Find the list of SHA extra plus and email the hotel. They will send you a link for credit card payment.

There's a special Agoda link that will get you to the SHA Extra Plus packages.

Google Agoda test&go and you'll find an article that should show it you.

The problem is that even if you book on Agoda you'll need to get in contact with the hotel to get the booking confirmation from them. I'd just look for some higher class hotels you find on Agoda and contact them directly or even call them for fastest service.

I booked with Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 and they sent me links to pay by credit card, though for some reason I couldn't get visa to work on either one and had to use Mastercard.



The biggest delay right now is that after you're booked your hotel has to login to the new hotel confirmation system and enter your information there so that Thailand Pass knows the booking you submit is authentic.

Centre Point have always been responsive for me.
