the only way around it is to set up a company.

True, you need a Thai to hold 51% of the shares, but you set it up so you have the voting power.

Then you make your fees whatever the company makes.

She already knows if she upgrades her passport and citizenship to say that of a European, American or Australian they can not only travel easier, but get pensions etc

again, immigration blacklisted you in error.

Not airlines fault.

Do you really expect airline to pay for immigration error?

And immigration isn't going to give you the money.

So no refund. This is type of situation one had travel insurance for. If you chose not to have travel insurance, then you need to cop it on the chin and move on with life

It is about APPS....airline gets pre-approval from immigration about blacklists. Airlines don't make up the blacklists by name matching.
