When I did it just a few weeks ago I got my extension of stay then went back to labour Office to extend the work permit.

60 day tourist visa then extend for an additional 30 should get you close to those November dates.

I got my non b from there last year. I didn't have a police background check and was a little worried when I saw it on the list of required documents on a noticeboard at the consulate .Didn't need it though luckily.

Was there about a month ago. The Tuesday was a holiday so I was expecting Monday to be busy but it wasn’t. Got there maybe 30 mins before open. Maybe just luck.
