yeah. More expensive but one night rather than 3.

Hong Kong. The whole process takes 20 minutes. About 15 on day one when you drop it off and about 5 when you pick it up on day 2. It is also easy to fly in the morning and go straight to the consulate which is pretty unique as Other locations can't get you there early enough. As a result you can spend about 36 hours in HK.
