Oliver Hansen you don't get it really, this is a new visa, Thai authorities could just say it didn't perform as expected and shut it down, in Thailand nothing is fixed. If you think you are entitled to an answer, you should not even come to Thailand, because that mentality will cause you pain and suffering.
