What are some recommendations for agents to help open a Thai bank account for expats in Bangkok or Nothaburi?

To pay bills or buy things using the electronic payment systems that can only be set up with a Thai bank account. I remember being in UTapao Airport and only having vending machines available for drinks which only accept electronic payment which requires a Thai Bank account to set up. No cash option.
