If you love your back, don’t go to Chiro. Go to a real Physiotherapist. I got very good experience with BPC.

As for health insurance, a global plan with one of the big ones like AXA or Cigna is safest bet for a farang. (No US coverage)

Might wanna do a MRI to check for hernia etc, not that expensive out of pocket. In Bangkok diags seems cheap, treatment expensive

LTR is not exempt from 90 day reporting. At least according to BOI website. I posted the link to someone a few days ago

There was never really any doubt. No-one is exempt from 90 day reporting. (Non permanent residents)

edit: appears LTR has 1 year instead of 90 day reporting

mine cover 6 months.. Its a year round policy I pay every year. Will switch to a global health insurance policy soon though

Really really bad investment to buy in Thailand…..And very risky. Have a look at some 10 year old condo buildings that looks 30 due to cheap build and low maintenance
