Hi, I'm on DTV. First 90 day report due next week. Can an agent handle this without me going to immigration?

Hi all

Can anyone recommend a visa Agent in Kalasin.

I want to get a Certificate of Residency from immigration. I have been told if you apply for it yourself it can take 3 weeks to arrive, we’re as an agent can get one in 2-3 days. Thanks.

I know this has been asked many times but I am uncertain….

I have Bank Account with more than baht 800.000 over the last 5 months.

I plan to be in Thailand again by end of Feb and I would like to use the visa exempt entry (subject to the answer to my question) for the 22 months extension.

Can I apply for the 12 months non-o for pensioners with the visa exempt entry or is the 90 day Non-O Visa required?

Thanks

Hello everyone thanks for this very precious group. I arrived one week ago with a one-year Non OA visa and I settled in a house few days ago with a one-year rental contract. I’m not familiar yet with all the procedures. Hence this simple question:

Is it correct that the first step is now to have as soon as possible my house owner fill the TM30 form for me? If yes, he can do it via the new weblink someone recently provided in this group ?

And second step would the 90 days reporting, done by myself at the immigration office after 90 days of stay, correct?

Or are those 2 procedures to be done together at the end of the first 90 days period?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi all, I am in Bangkok and want to try to get a COVID Visa extension. I am here on a 30 day tourist visa (my visa expires on July 28). I read that you need to do a TM.6 and a TM.30 (from link I'll paste below). My problem is the TM.30 Notification of Housemaster or Hotel form. I am at a hotel will they do it?

I plan to go to Laksi Plaza location to apply for the Covid Extension.

Thank you for any information

For those who wish to complete their 90 day online (Other than their initial (1st) 90 day report that has to be in person) then here is the link [members only]

From Signing up to receiving and printing off the e-mail (approved) took all of 8min 20sec.

Good luck
