You can't sponsor her as a dependant as a marriage certificate is required for proof of relationship. She will need to apply for her own dtv

All you need to get medical DTV is a single hospital appointment…….A simple google told me Smile Dental in Bangkok can assist with DTV. Mine is based on hospital treatment

nothing fraudulent about medical DTV, if you receive actual treatment 🤷🏻♂️Getting an appointment for treatment and then canceling would be fraudulent. I received my DTV based on Initial hospital consultation. But I have monthly appointments and ongoing treatment. And can get controlled by immigration
