When I was first here I actually hadn't heard of the TM30. The officer didn't mind but wanted me to fill one out there and then when doing my 90 day report after return from holiday. I had to go back home to get some documents but that was all. The next time we came back from holiday my wife called next day to check if they wanted me to come with it or not and they said Nevermind just bring it with your next 90 day report.
Great to see them making improvements. Makes a big change from everyone lounging around and a row of books, documents and shoes doing the queueing. I used to get there as early as I could in the morning but now I always go in the afternoon for my Non-B and find the process is quick enough. Never more than 2 hours really.
My first official visa here was Non-O. I just printed 4 per page on a normal A4 Page and it was accepted. That was 2014 so I'm not sure if things have changed since. However, I do the same for the Non-B every year now and it's never an issue.
No. I live in Nonthaburi and work in Bangkok. I'm on the border really. However, it's Cheangwattana for Visa and Nonthaburi Immigration for 90-Day Report. The fact that I was involved with 2 offices confused Nonthaburi greatly and they sent me to Cheangwattana to do the 90-Day Report and all the officer said was ''No, why they send you here?'' and sent me back.
