Has anyone had success with the online 90-day report recently?

Mine is due 14 days from today so instead of driving an hour out to my immigration office, I thought I'd try it online. I completed the first screen and clicked submit to be presented with a white screen as the next page and that's as far as it goes :/

TLDR : Answer Summary
Several expats shared their experiences regarding the online submission of the 90-day reporting for Thai immigration. Some reported success using specific browsers like Internet Explorer or a Chrome extension emulating it, while others encountered issues with pending statuses or system crashes. Many suggested that the online system is not fully operational at all immigration offices, leading to mixed results in different provinces. The consensus indicates a preference for attempting the online process while being prepared for the necessity of manual reporting if issues arise.

Job done, manually, just now. In and out in 5 minutes. While he was inputing the data, I mentioned I tried doing it online and he just said "Cannot" and that was that ;)

Hey all, an update on this. My status is still pending over a week later. I asked my wife to call them and immediately they said you have to come to the office to do the 90-Day report. They said the online system is set up but not yet fully working. So... A 2 hour round trip drive next Wednesday for me ;)

Tod, I guessed as much. I bet they just don't want to evolve or take on the extra work. Maybe next time :/

Any idea why? Is it more cumbersome for the officer?

sorry about that, they are just telling you a b/s story when the system is up it works in the entire country at every immigration office in the country BUT there are some immigration offices which refuse to do them.

Unbelievable!

One more question about this for anyone who has succeeded.

How long does it usually take to be accepted online and will I be notified by email or is it just a case of keep checking and hope for the best?

Thank you.

usually the email you, but I'd check a day or so after the status goes to pending to see if it's approved.

Once it is approved there are two things you can print, the approval (which is worthless) and the next appointment slip <- which is the one you put in your passport

One thing to be aware of some of the immigration offices in other provinces don't know the system is back up and online OR they don't care and will not approve them after they get pending status.

Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Chonburi seem to be approving them fine.

I'll definitely keep an eye on it and know well that I could be hitting the road in 14 days to do the 90-Day report at the office. My office is Nonthaburi by the way so I'm not hopeful of this leaving the pending status. I remember originally when the online reporting was introduced I went to the office and the officer told me not to do it online because it all goes into ''big database Bangkok, we not know, we not know''.

I got two approved last week and one the week before that for people. I use I/E otherwise the program hangs badly, even though I have heard it works with an I/E Emulator ad-on.

I've found if you don't enter anything that doesn't have a red asterisks beside it, it can work better. Turn off any pop-up blocking program you are running too.

If you get this message after the first page you can't use the online program

I just completed the application with the Chrome Extension mentioned above and it worked like a dream. This morning when I first started trying, I got that ''Message from webpage'' after I agreed to the terms and conditions but at that point I hadn't entered any of my details and it just continued to next screen when I clicked OK. I tried several times after and there was no popup like that and just now completed/pending using the Chrome extension.

You're using internet explorer, right? The older the better as I understand it.

Supposedly, there are also emulators for e.g. chrome which should work.

Good to know mate. Cheers :)

I can't thank you enough. I just tried with that extension on Chrome and it worked like a dream. Thank you so much.

In chrome you could also try something like this

very good ratings. Sure I saw someone on reddit say he managed to report with an emulator in chrome.

I know they specify Internet Explorer but I only have Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Been honest, Edge worked much faster than the other 2 but all 3 gave the same result. I will give it a try with Internet Explorer later when I get to the office. I know some of the computers there still have it. Thanks.

Pity :/ Well I guess all I can do is keep trying until I reach the ''7 Days before'' limit. Thanks.
