You can do a 90-day report in Thailand 15 days before the due date until 7 days after in person. If reporting online, it should be done 15 days before the due date until 7 days prior. For mail submissions, the application must be postmarked at least 14 days before the due date.

but it only works on Internet Explorer and from time to time it goes offline. :) and if your info is not yet on their database, you can not use the system.

, the 2000baht fine is only if you file your 90 day report later than 7 days after the due date.

If an immigration office is trying to fine you before the 7 days after period you're allowed they are not following the rules.

also some immigration offices will "fine" you if you do your 90 day report after the due date like 3 days after the date for reporting "late".

no problem, some offices will tell you it's 7 days before but it's really 15 in the rules.
