i for one don't believe this story......if you live in Thailand as a Citizen then you get a Pink ID card.....I don't believe any IO would consider deporting residents. Makes no sense to me.
The visa costs over £300. It sounds like you don’t need one as you get stamped in for 60 days at a time. They probably know when you got stamped into Thailand from passport number.
Has anybody been successful in getting a DTV Visa down the "Thai Soft Powers" Route? If so what documents were accepted ? Could I in theory book a course of Dentist appointments and use this as the supporting Document ? What about Music Festivals what supporting documents could pass the mustard here. This visa seems far more attractive than a 1 year marriage or Retirment visa.
