do what you want. I live here and have condo so I used that at my Thai address and my parents address for us permanent. I just stated that items I submitted when I applied. I

It helped me I think but not sure. It’s long term lease and showed I’ve been paying and staying there and been supporting myself from income outside of Thailand. It also on the application ask where you will stay in Thailand hotel lease etc. At least my application for Taipei did. Not sure about electronic.

You have to pay when submitting and there is no guarantee that it’s approved. If not approved for a mistake on the application or any reason you lose the money. In person they don’t make you pay till

It’s approved and it’s an actual sticker not the paper. I wanted the actual visa in my passport.

I’m not a resident. I’m US citizen but they take applications from most countries. They just look for and need to see the Taiwan Visa Stamp.
