Bei der Thai Immigration sind Dinge nie einheitlich. Jedes örtliche Büro und sogar jeder Beamte handhabt Dinge gerne mal anders und etwas willkürlich. Ich kann mit jedoch vorstellen, dass in den wenigen Fällen einer Ablehnung es einfach übertrieben wurde. Manche sind ja wirklich seit 1,5 Jahren dann im Land. Ich denke, bei ein, zwei COVID extensions gibt es keine Probleme. Ab 3 oder mehr wird dann mancher Immigrationsbeamte doch mal kritisch hinterfragen.

Lisa Kühn Nein, da erst kürzlich wieder nach Thailand eingereist. Ggf. werde ich es im Januar wieder in Anspruch nehmen - so dann noch verfügbar.

Let’s hope they improved the translations, too. Google does / did a much better job IMHO.

Wanted to head to Chiang Mai. Was persuaded to stick to the south for a couple of weeks, first. Won’t make that mistake again. Counting the days down for Chiang Mai in December already.
