TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of getting a BioNTech/Pfizer booster shot for free at ASIATIQUE The Riverfront in Bangkok as a walk-in. The conversation includes inquiries about vaccination proof, paperwork needed, and additional locations for booster shots, such as in Phuket. There's also discussion about the variety of vaccines available, concerns over supply, and mixed vaccine protocols.

Do they have Moderna shots? I would like to get a booster.
Not at this location. Moderna is currently only available for free at Bang Sue Station. But no walk-ins there. With pre-registration only. But Pfizer is equally good - especially if you had Moderna before, like me.
Sure. Always good to do ones research. To my knowledge, mRNA vaccines (Moderna and Pfizer) can be "mixed and matched" without hesitation. Some doctors even suggest those who had two jabs of Moderna to get a BioNTech/Pfizer booster, as the latter has a slightly lower dosage, which is equally sufficient in providing the booster effect, albeit with less side effects. I can testify to that. The booster shot came at lesser side effects than the second Moderna shot came at the time. If you had Sinopharm or Sinovac, both will be euqlly applicable as well - and be a huge improvement in protection, alike.

Very well organised. Last day is tomorrow for anyone interested open 08 00 hrs to
18 00hrs.
Thanks again for bringing this to groups attention, and if your not interested tbere is no need to add your comments
That does not mean of course they don’t run out of mRNA shots way before that. So if people are interested in an uncomplicated, well organized vaccination, I would also advise to make use of this opportunity soon.

Many people take 2 Viagra a day but cray for one shot.
How you do ? You just walk into this place or you do contact first ? What about the price ? I Got 2 Jabs of Pfizer in Denmark and would need my boost soon. I stay in Bangkok - thanks
Yes. Booking did not work (not only because sino, but also because if vaccinated abroad, the system will not / can not find ones record). This is exactly why we went to ASIATIQUE as they allow for walk-ins without pre-booking.
when i get my 50th booster in 10 years il put a tattoo on my forehead saying how great i am and hopefully by then BOOM we will have smashed covid delta variant

Always bangkok, ALWAYS, WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF THAILAND.
They were doing it in Phuket too. I got a booster last week at Saphan Hin Stadium near immigration in Phuket Town. Simple enough - bring passport, queue. In / out in 20 min.

Is it Phuket Provincial Stadium? Want to head over ASAP but don’t want a wild goose chase!
Yup, its right there on that map.., drive past immigration towards Saphan Hin, go around the bend at the end of the road (if you don't turn you go into the sea!), and come back around to where the stadium is. Should be a ton of people there.
Cannot promise anything - this is Thailand after all. But it is likely on for at least the remainder of this week. Rumors have it though, they might run out of Pfizer at some point.
bs! 94% of all NFL athletes are vaccinated. And 70% of the US population, well over half the world’s population. If there were serious side effects we’d all hear about it from credible sources. Don’t spread misinformation!!
wow. I appreciate truth from antivax folk, so v rare. And that is actually true. I took the Pfizer vaccine for that reason. 8 out of 1 million is a 1 in 125,000 chance though, v rare. The risk I take driving my car everyday is statistically much greater. And the risks associated with people NOT getting vaccinated and having complications or passing it on to others who have serious complications is far greater.
I am not antivax. I am vaccinated. But 8 out of 1 million is still to high for me. I was scared I could be 1 of the 8 person dying of J&J. Not even mentioning other bloodcloths I have no use for.
So I decided to take Moderna.
But J&J would have been more convenient since only 1 shot is required
