ORIGINAL POSTERI tried to replicate the problem. It seems like the service is only available using an internet access inside the country - NOT using any VPN service. I could access the page with my native local IP from Samui, but not with any foreign IP or even not with a Thai IP using a VPN. So I guess there is no way to reach that site from outside of Thailand whatsoever. Can someone replicate this finding?
