if you are on a long term visa you get a re entry permit that keeps your visa open when abroad ….if you don’t buy one and go abroad your visa is cancelled.Then it’s square one

It’s funny I felt exactly the same £20k in a Thai bank account ……nooooo then popped £25k in as the bhatt improved 10% for spending money over the year and everyone thinks we are skint as we don’t want to keep 800k in a Thai account originally easy £2500 when inflation rocking in the UK 😜🥂

Do landlords need to update TM30 reports when I travel domestically in Thailand?

That’s Intresting as I use my house I have rented out for last 3 years as my tm30 address and must go to 20 plus hotels a year and nothings ever flagged up lol

Do immigration actually check where your tm 30 address is to see if they both link as I’ve always used my home address but always in hotels all over the place 🤪🥊 and always used my home address for 90 days n res certs
