Yes and lawyer should advise you but with virus I’m sure it’s slower now.

Not sure why as a plaintiff you would have visa restrictions though.

It seems designed for defendants not to skip boarder for serious crimes only.

Thai legal system is painfully slow.

My experience was 2 years of headache over the BS case against me based on a lie that was retracted at the start of court.

If it’s a fraud case or a case where money trail needs to found it could be 2-3 years before court.

My PP was held at the court and I’d have to go and get it, run to immigration for 90 stamp and give it back to the boy who accompanied me.

I think you’d be best going for 800k in a single name.

Why over complicate without reason?

There is no ‘parents’ visa but they could get retirement visa.

@Benjamin *****
I’m speaking from experience of being denied at Nong Khai for a 90 day when my office is Khon Kean a few years ago.

Have to do it at office you obtained ‘one year’ visa from.

Why? Idk.

Go to bank and tell them it’s for visa, if they don’t know then pick another bank.

Must be in your name with no co-signature also.

I’m not sure Tod is correct.

Immigration is open for all services as normal.

The amnesty is for people stuck here not one year visa holders.

I missed a 90 day stamp due to first ‘break’, when I went before start of August I received 90 days FROM visit day.

Not a 90 day from day I missed as I was expecting.

Call immigration or visit, will save time in long run would be my advice.

Can download the TM47 from Internet and take a mask*

90 day is back on and I did mine last week.

You get 90 days from the day you go NOT from the day of the one missed due to lockdown btw.

Same procedure as normal and don’t fail to go.
