they are separate visas. You need a "work visa" to volunteer in Thailand, which is what I have had 2 of.

You need 500,000 baht. Not 55,000.

Your daughter doesn't need her own account with 500,000, since she will be your dependant.

Anyone can stay in your condo. What you've heard is about short term RENTALS, as in if your friend rents the place from you.

The owner has to do a TM30 for all foreigners staying in the condo.
