The thing that really annoyed me was that the people tmaking a decision about my wife's visa application were Indian.

, no, she has to apply from Thailand, but she will need a letter from you and the family asking for her visa to be given, so she uses that as a supporting document.

The b@stards in Bahrain refused the visa for my wife, we told them I would pay for all, but they said it did not matter and not support her application.

I tried from Bahrain and it was rejected, for only 1 week.

We were told Thailand applications are better approved.

Some airlines are treating it more seriously than a paper form, and more like a visa; if you have lived in many countries, you would understand different countries and airlines interpret things differently than the host country of a new procedure.

Later it will all calm down, but for now, it is complicating things in some countries and with some airlines.
