If I and my partner get year-long Education visas, how does our (British) 6-month son stay? Is a dependent visa possible? I get conflicting info. If not something else? Thanks

Hello everyone,

Is there any age limit for a child to get a Non-O visa following a working mom with a Non-B visa?

My son will turn 20 yo in October, visa renewal in August.

Thank you.

We are leaving Thailand in 2 days. My child 2 and half years old had entered with TR and now overstaying. I understand there is no fine for the children under 15 years old for overstaying. Only overstay stamp will be on her passport upon departure.

What should I prepare before going to the airport? Just check in and walk through the immigration check at the airport and then overstay stamp will be on her passport? Or is there any place to get overstay stamp before check in at the airport?

Thank you.

We brought our one-year-old into Thailand in May on visa exempt status (as she has a US passport) and it is now PAST the 30-day deadline. Appreciate any advice on how to remedy this as we are planning to stay for six months, at least. Thanks very much.
