Hi .. I have been coming in to Thailand on a visa exempt ( 60 days) . Each time , my stay duration is from a week to 45 days . Never overstayed . I will be applying for a non O ( 3 months + 12 ) and bank account using an agency in Bangkok the next time I fly into Thailand . However , that would be my 7 visa exempt entry this year , and slightly less than 180 days in total . I was told I would not be allowed in . Can anyone confirm this? I have also bought return tickets which i won’t be using once my non O is finalized . Can someone who has experienced going into Thailand more than 6 times in a year , tell me their experience and how I should deal with it .

Stamp on DTV visa looks incorrect.

I arrived on July 16, 2025 on a DTV visa. The stamp expiry in my passport is November 11, 2026?

With a DTV it’s 180 days at a time and the DTV visa is valid 5 years, so the stamp confuses me and I’m concerned it will affect my 90 day reporting.

Also, if there are any agencies that offer 90-day reporting service, let me know. Might be smoother if stamp is incorrect.

I am currently in Thailand on a non o-a visa through Jan 2026. Instead of renewing that in January I would like to get a non o visa. I was told at immigration that my options are to leave the country and return on a tourist visa and then apply for the non o, or leave the country and get the non o while out of the country. How difficult/quick would it be to get the non o in one of the nearby countries? I suspect it wouldn't be very quick. I got my non o-a visa totally online prior to coming to Thailand so maybe that's an option? The reason I'd like to come in on the non o is that I was told that the 800k bank funding has to be from an international transfer if I get the visa in country but if I come in with the visa already the bank funding can be from any source (existing money for example. That's not too big of a deal but wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions. Thanks!

I submitted the TM30 online a month ago. However, the website says you can only pull up the forms for 7 days after submission. How does one get a copy for 90 day reporting?

Can someone who has been through the process explain more about the soft visa activities?

Where would I find more information about them and the courses? Would it apply to children as well or can they be attached to the parent visa?

Hi. Do I need to do a 90-day report if I am leaving the country in just one week? I'm on a DTV. I did my first 90-day report in person, but since I did it a few days early, I was given a second 90-day report date that is one week before my DTV stay-permit expires. Just now, I tried to do the 90-day report online but it was rejected for some reason. Do I really have to make this report if it's just for 7 more days? I will be departing by train next week, the day my stay-permit expires. Thanks.
