Can I travel from India to Thailand by road through Myanmar, and what documents would I need?

So my question is from india to Thailand can I come through road via Myanmar?
If it possible what documents I need?
My travel date is April 6th and I want to reach Thailand by April 10 before start of songrakan festival.
