TLDR : Answer Summary
The post seeks recommendations for an immigration agent in Bangkok specializing in the transition from a tourist visa to a NON IMM B visa, followed by obtaining a work permit. Several comments mention that employers typically handle the necessary paperwork and suggest looking for agents like Thai Visa Centre. Some contributors reference their personal experiences regarding the process and documentation required.

Your employer is the one to organize all your required paperwork for your Visa as well for your work permit as it is required by the law

You used to be able to do this. But you must now leave the country, or that is what I was told. I went to Philippines and in Makati I got my non b in 4 days.

I'm not quite sure why you asked for advice. If this is very straightforward then any agent can help you. Thai Visa Express in Pattaya or Jo Rets i have used before. Both in Pattaya, both good.

Amazes me when posters react in an ungrateful way to others trying to help. Even if they’ve got the wrong angle, they’re still trying to help aren’t they? Nice 2 b nice. Have a good day and hope your issue gets resolved.

99.9% of companies cannot produce the huge amount of paperwork required to convert to non-B without leaving. Whereas getting the non-B outside of the country required much less paperwork.

Just because something is possible doesn't mean it's realistic.

we have the list. It’s 18 documents needed inside Thailand.

We have all the documents except one which we can’t action yet that’s why we need agent.

In the UK to apply I need 11 documents and also more info needed for each one like my bank statements.

Which is why companies send people to Laos to get a non-B easily.

if they can't help then try Siam-Legal.com, as you seem to be needing something an agent can't help you with. Call them. They will tell you whether they can help, or not, and lots of times just give you information of what to do over the phone, and consultations are free.

If Thai Visa Centre can't do it, I don't think any agent can. Maybe what you want to do can't be done but you're not making it clear in your post?
