Hi, my mother in law has had her property approved for registration of the TM30,

But I have tried a few times to submit my application online but without success,

I must be filling the form out incorrectly,

Any help would be appreciated.

My last entry to Bangkok was on October 5, 2025. Tm30 done. I submitted the TM47 on December 25, 2025 at the immigration office, valid until March 24, 2026. I have not left Thailand since then. I have a flight on April 2, 2026.2 days ago I submitted the TM47 online. rejected. contact immigration office. What could be the reason? I don't understand

I am not sure if this is a “ thing” or not but I will mention it just in case. I just did my second 90 day report online after arriving back in Thailand on 31st December last year. I did my first report in person in March after multiple rejection of online submissions. Anyway 15 days before the due date of my second report I submitted on line last Sunday expecting to get a response on Monday morning. Monday morning came and went and no response. Tuesday morning came and went with no response and I had a bad feeling about the situation so I canceled my application and submitted a new one. Wednesday morning came and at 8-20am I received an approval email! Job done. I can’t prove that there is a problem if you submit on a weekend but I will make sure that I submit my next online report on a weekday just in case!

hello everyone , I’m asking for help about 90 days report as I am trying to do it online and I got reject with this reason. I report 90 days for people in my family as well and everyone got reject with the same reason. Is there something wrong with the system ?

PS. i have been reported 90 days via online for many time and in prevoius time , it accepted with the same information that I filled this time.

Sorry I meant the TM 47, was rejected on the online service, and just wondered if anyone else has had this problem, even though the first time I used it, it was approved

Hello everyone! I want to ask about 90 days report issues. I submitted my 90 days report online on 21 April, 10 days passed already, but it’s still showing “pending” today.

Also, my 90 days report should be done before 01 May according to the appointment receipt. What should I do now? Will I be fined by immigration?

Help. Trying to upload negative test to the Thai Pass. It won't allow me to select a date; and consequently won't allow me to proceed without it. What to do?

I'm trying to do my 90 day report online which I've done before. I can log into the app but can't complete the form without the app closing. If I try to log in to the online website it says invalid data, even thought it's valid to log into the app. If I try to reset my password I gat an invalid data error message. Anyone having the same issues and has found a fix? Thanks.

Hi guys anybody else have trouble doing the tm 30 online I’m leaving quarantine tomorrow 6 November it’s a Saturday and they say they are having trouble with the web site and they are closed on Saturday so cannot go to the office
