hello everyone , I’m asking for help about 90 days report as I am trying to do it online and I got reject with this reason. I report 90 days for people in my family as well and everyone got reject with the same reason. Is there something wrong with the system ?

PS. i have been reported 90 days via online for many time and in prevoius time , it accepted with the same information that I filled this time.

It shouldn‘t be difficult to copy the dates stamped in a passport, where the exact entry and expiration dates are stamped. If you really had written correct into the online space and got rejected, then you really should go to IO.

I have been reported 90 days report via online for many times and I filled all of informations the same but this time it got rejected with the reason above. But if things still say the same , I will go to the immigration.

Well just review the errors noted, make the necessary changes and re submit. If there’s still a problem, go to Immigration and sort it out🙏

exact same error I received last month. I tried 2nd time with the ‘correct’ dates but it was rejected again, same reason as what you are getting. Assume a glitch in system.

I went to IO for the 90 day reporting and they didnt care about the error.

I can only try again online again next time 🤷🏽‍♂️
