Hello everyone! I want to ask about 90 days report issues. I submitted my 90 days report online on 21 April, 10 days passed already, but it’s still showing “pending” today.
Also, my 90 days report should be done before 01 May according to the appointment receipt. What should I do now? Will I be fined by immigration?
Thank you so much if anyone can give any suggestions. 😊
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their 90 days report submission, which has been pending for over 10 days, especially as the deadline approaches. Several community members provided advice, suggesting that it's safe to visit the local immigration office to report in person if the online report remains pending. They also mentioned that it's possible to cancel the online submission and file manually within 7 days of the due date without incurring a fine. There are considerations about processing backlogs and the possibility of approval even if showing pending.
