Hello everyone! I want to ask about 90 days report issues. I submitted my 90 days report online on 21 April, 10 days passed already, but it’s still showing “pending” today.

Also, my 90 days report should be done before 01 May according to the appointment receipt. What should I do now? Will I be fined by immigration?

Thank you so much if anyone can give any suggestions. 😊

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their 90 days report submission, which has been pending for over 10 days, especially as the deadline approaches. Several community members provided advice, suggesting that it's safe to visit the local immigration office to report in person if the online report remains pending. They also mentioned that it's possible to cancel the online submission and file manually within 7 days of the due date without incurring a fine. There are considerations about processing backlogs and the possibility of approval even if showing pending.

Okay,
@LI ***
, wait until tomorrow. Up to you how you want to do with your 90 days report. your choices might be:

- call to immigration 90 days report at your local immigration office and ask about your report. see what they would say

- cancel your pending report and go to the local immigration office to report in person within 7 days after your due date

Decision is yours.

My online 90-days was pending when I went to my Immigration office this year for my annual visa extension. As the officer handed me my passport with new stamp he mentioned he had approved my online 90-days.

Coming off of Songkran holidays you can almost be sure there is a backlog.

Wait until tomorrow morning (or the day you are going to the immigration office). If it’s still pending on the system, make sure to cancel it on the system (clickable cancel button on the list) before you go to the local immigration office to report 90 days in person.

My last one took 14 days from pending to approval.

It takes 15 minutes to do it at your immigration office but if you go not forget to cancel on line

Probably best to go in to your local immigration office and file manually. Explain that you have done so online but didn’t get a response. In person you can do it up to 7 days after it’s due so there would be no fine.

Yes, I got this email on 21 April. But until now it’s still showing pending.

@LI ***
then I would wait. You've submitted your report before the due date, so you'll be fine. Don't worry.

depends on whether the report is approved or not.
