Hi guys anybody else have trouble doing the tm 30 online I’m leaving quarantine tomorrow 6 November it’s a Saturday and they say they are having trouble with the web site and they are closed on Saturday so cannot go to the office

The hotel should be able to send the TM30 information to the immigration office using an e-mail address.

If they refuse to do the TM30, at the next place you stay, have them do it for you. It must be submitted within one business day

I recommend completing the TM30 the next business day when you return.

thank you I’m staying in my girlfriends condo in bangsean she has the owners id but I’m panicking that I can not do not in 24 hours as they are closed on Saturday I do t no what to do

the key word is “one business day “. Immigration is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The latest she can send it is Monday.
