Sorry I meant the TM 47, was rejected on the online service, and just wondered if anyone else has had this problem, even though the first time I used it, it was approved

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user encountered a rejection while trying to submit a TM47 online, despite a previous successful submission. Comments suggest common rejections are due to mismatches with the TM30 address or submission timing, indicating that submissions should be made within a specific time frame relative to the due date.

I went to the IO today, and they told me there was a problem with the online service, and that many people have called in to ask what was the problem, anyway or sorted now.

It should give a reason why it was rejected along with the rejection. The most common reason is that the most recent TM30 does not match the address on the TM47 submission.

Other reports from Bangkok indicate that submissions made for Bangkok are being rejected unless they were made 7 days more or earlier before the due date. But those rejections include this reason as part of the rejection.

mines been rejected a few times, they never specify a reason on the email. I've given up on it as it only takes me 10 minutes to get to IO, and then 5 minutes for the paperwork. Pointless asking IO staff why the ONLINE application was rejected. They just look at you with that sort of 'I haven't got a clue why' look, smile and carryon with what they are doing. 🤣

that's a little annoying since it's someone at your office that's processing the online application.

I didn't realise that bud. Maybe I should be a little more insistent if it happens again. But, tbh it will be like nailing jelly to wall, so a waste of breathe.

In the OPs case the rejection email did not specify a reason, just that it was rejected.

I thought that was unusual as I’ve only seen ones that state the reason why (but he’s using the Chiang Khan IO office) so I have no experience of what they’d normally do.
