Can a self-employed business owner with a new LLC apply for a Thai visa from Ho Chi Minh City?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone applied recently through Ho Chi Minh City as a self-employed business owner with a relatively new company?

I operate through a US LLC that was established in March this year, so the company will only be about 4–5 months old when I apply. I currently have one client, but I can provide invoices, proof of payments, a client agreement, a support letter from the client, business bank statements, EIN documentation, and other company documents.

My main concern is whether a recently established company with only one client could be viewed as weak evidence, even if the income is reasonably high, legitimate and well documented.

Has anyone been approved in a similar situation? Or would you recommend applying under a different DTV category (such as Soft Power) instead?

Any recent experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
