What do I need to prepare for a DTV (Workation) visa application in Thailand and how can I clarify the employer-employee relationship with my LLC?

I follow this Group for a while now and read all your postings and approvals which really helped me getting ready - Thank You all!

I am going to apply for DTV (Workation) in about one month from Vientiane!

I have an US-LLC and I am the Owner (Questions on this further down).

Before I come to the Questions, I show what I am going to prepare and maybe it helps someone going the same steps.

About Application:

I mostly want to stick to the Thai Embassy's suggestion what to upload:

* 01: Cover_Letter with info about myself, my motivation about WHY THAILAND, the possibility to work remote with my business, agreement to not get income from Thailand / Local Business

* Certificate of Organization

* IRS / EIN Confirmation

* Operating Agreement

* Initial Resolutions

* Certificate of Good Standing

* 03_Website_Evidence (Screenshots + Link in Document)

* 04_Client_Agreements - Screenshots of Emails

* 05_Invoices (fitting to the Emails)

* 06_Business_Bank_Statements for the last 3 month, fitting the Invoices

The Questions I have:

1. Anything missing?

2. I don't understand when it comes to the Question of *Employee *and *Employer *? How does this affect my listed Documents and preparation? What is the correct way to prepare with an LLC here?

3. How about Contracts with my Clients? Is it enough to send Emails, Invoices and the fitting cashflow on my Business Bankaccount? Or is the Contract a must?

4. My AI tells me I have to stamp some Documents with my LLC stamp + Signature of mine as the owner (Cover Letter; Operating Agreement; Invoice Copies) - is this neccessary?
