I'm going to apply for my first ED visa for Hand to hand combat course CM, and I was told that the only safe place to do it is Bali now. I was planning to go to Taipei, but now in doubt.

(I had a dependent O visa for two years.)

any advice and shared experience is much appreciated.

UPD: the reason wrote this post is that I don't want to go to Bali, Taipei is way more attractive for me.
