Whos everybody using? I applied for my dads through a company on the 23rd of September, he should of flew on the 13th of October. And still haven’t received anything.

You just use the official website. Why would you use a company. If it’s a legit company they just upload your files. Why not upload them yourself, not difficult. Here is the link.

I’ve just got mine from London one too. I applied on 1st October and received it on the 14th. It is working days, so mine took 9 working days.
Even though I was panicky as I go in 2 weeks for 31 days, (booked it before they changed the rules from 60 down to 30 days I would say don’t panic 😊.

Mine took 4 working days, the partners took 6 working days. Check the status on your log in page, it'll say pending documents check, then pending approval then email sent....if you have missed the email you can access via portal
