As a remote employee I don’t have a contract to submit with my application.

My employer did give me an employment verification letter amd a copy of my job description showing that I am a remote worker

Is that sufficient?

It’s not common to have a contract as a regular W2 employee in Florida.

I own a company in China and this is the contract i have to sign every year so i can apply for work permit. I write this contract by myself and sign it and put my company stamp before going to apply for work permit and visa. So it can only be a one year contract that’s the Chinese rules for permit application . I want to apply for the DTV so i am confused on whether the contract should be one year or what. Since its my company the contract can be adjusted based on my needs and use purposes

Hi. I wanted to buy a motorcycle yesterday. Used. After the test drive, when I was determined, I told the seller that we could sign a contract. He replied that it wasn't necessary. He gave me a green book, a copy of his ID card and said I didn't need a contract. Of course, I didn't agree and resigned. Later I read on the Internet that you need a lot more paperwork than I thought.
