Does HCMC require the funds to be there for 3 months consecutively or can it be shown that it was saved up?

Some weeks ago I read on this group about banks not issuing bank statements or current balance statements unless the funds had been in deposit for four months or more. This caused concern because some extensions of stay require only 60 days of funds in deposit (maybe others 90). But is this 4 month bank requirement still on? Or has this gone away?

Anyone applied for soft power in Vietnam and funds were mostly in their business bank?

Just thinking the statement would be in my company name then would need another piece of paper showing that I own the company

I'm currently in Thailand and will be returning to Australia on the 4th of November. My house in Australia has been sold and settlement is the 27th of November. Can l apply for the Non- 0 visa as soon as l return. I don't have the 800,000 baht in my bank until the 27th. Can I still apply or do I have to wait until money is in account.

I want to apply in Vietnam as a business owner, but I have one question regarding the 500k baht. I have that amount in my business account, but that won’t be accepted.

Has anyone been accepted (or denied) transferring 500k to their personal account from their business account one week before applying?

Any rejection reports so far on the reasons? Been seeing successful reports ☺️

Im going to apply for an extention to my Non-O visa in July as my Current extention runs out on August 2nd. My question is does the 800k funds need to be in the bank 2 month before the 2nd August or 2 months before the date of my extention application.

Non-O question: too early to apply for long term (not in country long enough and funds need to be 90 days in the account - I thought 60). Anyway have to pop out for a few months. Is there a re-entry option I could use when I come back and pick up where I left off? Or just let it lapse and then can I apply for another Non-O?

Arriving Bkk Oct 22. Departing Jan 9 . 1 year extension of stay expires 23 Dec intend to renew it . Do I need to show 20k of funds and and outboard bound ticket dated before Dec 23 . Will be coming in on new passport. Visa and extension are in the old one which was expiring June 2020 .Any problems anticipated?
