I have booked a return flight from Paris to Bangkok mid December. I intend to apply for a METV in October can anyone give me any advice on things I should make certain I send to make the process as painless as possible .Thank you

If you only fly in December Don't apply so soon. METV is valid from date of issue. Takes around 5 - 7 days to process.

Needs to be 60 not 88. Even if planning extend inside Thailand

Other than the usual stuff you need to show a requirement for an METV, so ticket in, ticket out and ticket back in again

Hi

, I have booked my return flight around 88 days after I arrive with the intention of applying for the extra 30 days, before the 30 days is up, will then go to Vietnam and come back to Thailand to start a further 60 days. Should I book a trip before the initial 60 days run out or will they accept the return flight I've booked? Hope that makes sense!
