Hi Everyone.

Anyone knows how to update TM30 at Phuket Immigration?

I have NON B visa and I stay in the same Apartment for 5 years.

Is it possible at Drive Trough?

Need any specific documents?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about updating their TM30 form at Phuket Immigration while holding a NON B visa and residing in the same apartment for 5 years. Several commenters advise that it's best to have the landlord submit the TM30 and provide a receipt. They highlight the importance of having proof of address and mention that submitting the application at a drive-through may be possible if all documents are prepared. However, one commenter warns that if the individual is not the owner of the apartment, the immigration office may deny the TM30 request. Clarification on whether the drive-through is applicable for TM30 submissions is also sought.

I think the drive is only for 90 day reporting. Tm30 is more complicated.

If you're not the owner of your apartment..the immigration doesn't accept your request..they denied my application because the room was not in my name as owner

The best is to ask your landlord to submit and give you a receipt.

If you want to do it in person, you will need proof of address, landlord details, etc. Check with the Phuket immigration office for the latest information. Here is the Phuket Immigration volunteer page. Seems authentic information, but with the date in 2020, not sure whether it's the latest or not.

You may be able to submit TM30 at the drive-through if they are open and you have sufficient documents.
