I have a Thai child my name is on the birth certificate but it is written in Thai not Englishnot married to the Thai mother

How do I go about getting a USA passport for my Thai/ American child?

Can I obtain two passports Thai passport and US passport.

P.s where can I find a certified translator for birth certificate  that the  American embassy will except

I need to do a border run to obtain a Thai Tourist Visa. I came in on a 30 day visa-exempt. I extended that for another 30 days which will expire next week. I could probably extend that once more but would prefer the 60 day tourist visa.

My question: where is the best border crossing of a neighboring country with a nearby consulate for doing this? Myanmar, Cambodia, or Laos? I'm in upper central, near Sukhothai. Myanmar is closest, but which country, particularly its border crossing with Thailand, is easiest for getting a Thai Tourist Visa? Canadian passport holder.

I am a UK passport holder retired and 57, plan to spend 6-7 months each year in Thailand with my Thai wife (she holds UK citizenship) at our property in Sukhothai. What is the easiest most cost effective way to do this?
