I'm from Australia and have the multiple entry non-o marriage visa (Thai wife). Currently on the first 90 days (entered 3rd December). We normally spend 3-6 months per year in Thailand and balance of year in Australia.

-does this give me 90 days per entry or 90 days total across all entries?

-Is it the last 30 days or last 45 of entry stamp that I can apply to convert to annual extension?

-I'll travel overseas returning on 9th March, then leaving again on 4th May. I was planning to convert to annual extension & multi entry before leaving, will that be possible? I'd made flight bookings thinking the original visa was 90 days in total rather than per entry. If not possible I won't be back in Thailand again until after my current non-o expires on 30 October 2023.

If relevant:

-We live in Phitsanulok in her family home when in Thailand

-I've now got the B400,000 in an account, but it won't be 2 months seasoned before my current entry stamp expires due to bank paperwork delays to open account

-We were married in Australia, I've got the Kor Ror 22 issued by local Amphur now

Just sharing my experience at Phitsanulok immigration office for my 90 day check in. I went a week before my 90 days and it was very easy. Only needed my passport and filled out form when I arrived, in and out in 10 minutes.

Just some advice: for anyone wishing to renew a visa and is in Bangkok or chiang Mai and having problems... There is a small town which is also worth a visit for a couple of days 6 hours by train or 45 min flight called Phitsanulok.... I did my renewal spontaneous while I was there and it was super easy and straight forward. They don't get many foreigners even before covid so very friendly service and efficient.... Might be worth looking into and visiting the town... People super friendly and a nice little hidden gem...

Edit: this was a tourist visa 60 days and I was staying at a hotel there for 2 nights.
