TLDR : Answer Summary
The National Blood Centre in Thailand has updated its donor eligibility criteria, now welcoming donors from the UK, France, and Ireland, who were previously restricted due to 'mad cow disease.' All blood types are needed, especially Rh-Negative, which is rare in the Thai population. Key qualifications include being under 60, no alcohol 24 hours prior, having a healthy meal, and bringing ID. The donation process takes under 10 minutes. The National Blood Centre and several regional blood centers are accepting these donations. There is a suggestion to have mobile stations near tourist attractions to facilitate donations.
