How can I resolve a payment issue for a dtv application at the Thai Consulate in Sydney?
Anyone applied for dtv in Sydney? My bank stopped the transaction as suspicious but I can’t get anyone from the consulate to confirm the payment account details.

Yep, give them a call. It's usually the only way to unlock the transaction. Going into a branch usually ends with them ringing someone anyway.
