Why can't I complete my visa payment online in Thailand?
I tried all my cards, all my devices and all my browsers but none of them worked and I couldn't make the payment.

We had issues with our cards as well, our banks were flagging the payment even though every card was working for all other payments. Just call them and do pre-authorization then charge it again.

Are you using a VPN? You mention using different devices. Were they all working via the same Wi-Fi network? If so, have any recent changes been made to your modem/router (router-based VPN).

no I use the hotel Wi-Fi for my laptop and my phone internet. I don’t have vpn enabled!Christopher ***********

It would help if you give some information.What are you trying to do, where are you and what Embassy are you talking about?
There is more than 1 Embassy in Bangkok, just as example.
But at the Dutch Embassy in Bangkok the answer is YES, they accept cash payments.

I’m in Vietnam but I guess it’s about my bank as the app Grab also cancelled my card 😂 They think that it’s suspicious as I tried million times.As I searched, they don’t accept cash in Thai Embassy. I managed it with a friend, problem solved 😊
