could be a mac issue ( safari) had no one of trouble booking my appointment on their website . used chrome and payment went through and booking schedule opened correctly

Check the brightness on your screen as it can e quite difficult too see the box to click on!! It caught me out the first few attempts!! 👍

I had that yesterday but realised there was a little box I hadn’t ticked and once I done that it went through.
