What should I do if my payment for a DTV application in Hanoi is not being accepted?
Im applying for DTV in Hanoi and it's not accepting my card information when going to pay for application. Contacted my bank no reports of fraud. reapplied 4 times and it still isn't going through. has anyone had the same issue?

If you have a VPN on, it might not work, didnt for me. Try another card as well. Took me 7 tries and 5 cards for it to accept payment. No idea why.
